Façade retention of Grade II listed building with complete internal refurbishment. Works included new steelwork and floors and a new Corten panelled external lift shaft to the rear lightwell and to create high end office spaces. A new fourth floor roof extension with a feature zinc clad roof sits behind the existing parapet, set back to create minimum impact on the building, and featuring a glass wall to access a curved terrace
