Bridge House is a Grade II listed building next to London Bridge, comprising an original 1830’s east wing and a newer 1970’s west wing. Works comprised a full façade refurb to the west wing, with new lead cladding, ribbon windows etc. and the east wing stone façade was cleaned down as well as new stonework added to 6th floor. A new 7th floor aluminium clad roof pod was added and a large garden roof terrace added with amazing views across the City, Borough Market and Southwark Cathedral.
The 45,000 sq ft building has being fully refurbished to CAT A and part CAT B creating stunning commercial spaces and a reception area with revamped entrance that is shared with American coffee brand ‘Roasting Plant’ at 2nd floor
